I will start your commission after I receive the complete payment.

Prices are subject to change due to variation in demand, but if you bought a commission for a determined price, before I changed the prices, I will respect the amount you paid for.

Please be as detailed as you can for what you have in mind for your commission so I can make the result of your commission as satisfactory as possible.

I will always try to make customers happy with the final result, however, only small changes are allowed to be made once I sent the finished product.

Once I receive the payment, within the next week you will receive a rough sketch which you will review and can request adjustments, to finally approve.

Commissions will be delivered in order of purchase, if you want priority on your commission notify me that you need it by a certain time before I accept the commission. Please know that a 25% fee of the total commission price will be added for rush orders.

Clients will have a 100% refund if I cannot continue the commission due to personal reasons.

Please note if you are refunded, you will not receive any part of the work previously commissioned.

You may not alter or edit the final product.

I am allowed to use any commission I make to promote myself in any site, and display or post in anywhere as I like, unless the client at the time of payment states otherwise.

Any inappropriate behavior or theming such as insults, racism, homophobia, pedophilia, etc, will cause for me to decline or cancel your commission before or after the payment is done (with the corresponding refund).

In case of false accusations such as claiming I did not send your commission, when I did, your name will be publicly posted with the evidence to prevent other artists from being commissioned by you.

The commercial use for merchandise, advertising, or printing is $30, and for streaming or content use, it's $15.

Any kind of repost or reupload must be done giving proper credits to the artist.

You may request a design to be on hold, if payment is not done within the next 2 weeks, the character will be available for others to buy.

Adoptables will be delivered in high quality and without background once the payment is received via Google Drive.
